Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. If there are any problems with your order you will be notified by TheTechForce.com. Your credit card will be charged by NetConnex Inc.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns without an RMA.

Return Shipping:
All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Defective Returns:
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days* of the purchase date. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Non-Defective Returns:
We can only accept unopened boxed products for refund if returned within 30 days* of the purchase date. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase less the original shipping and handling fees. Credits usually require between four and six weeks to register with your bank.

*Some items will need to be shipped directly back to the manufacturer and processed through their warranty service even during the initial 30 days. Please see the items detail for return information. No returns on CPUs unless they have been installed by The Tech Force.

Return Merchandise Authorization

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned products. We do not accept returns without an RMA. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by TheTechForce.com CLEARLY written on the outer package or it may be refused.

Returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This number can be obtained by contacting the Tech Force at rmaservice@thetechforce.com. You must include the following in your request:

  1. Sales Receipt Date
  2. Sales Receipt Number
  3. Item Code
  4. Detailed description of the problem including any error messages.
  5. RMA # must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship returns to:

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our facility. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.
